PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an objective of a whole group cannot be attained while considering an energy consumption of each electric power consumer.SOLUTION: An electric power plan support device includes: a finite difference electric power amount information acquisition part which acquires finite difference electric power amount information indicative of a finite difference electric power amount between a planned electric power amount, which is previously planned for a unit period in a planned period in an electric power use plan made by an electric power consumer, and a used electric power amount, which is actually used in the unit period; and a supplemental information registration part which registers, when the finite difference electric power amount information shows that the used electric power amount is less than the planned electric power amount, the finite difference electric power amount in a supplemental information holding part as a supplemental electric power amount which can be used by another electric power consumer in addition to another planned electric power amount which is planned for the other electric power consumer as to a unit period coming after the unit period. |
