PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of a piezoelectric device which can output different types of signal.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device 100 includes an element mounting member 110 having an output external terminal 116a, an IC element 120 mounted on the element mounting member 110 by bumps 122, and a piezoelectric vibration element 130 mounted on the element mounting member 110. The IC element 120 has a first output electrode 121acapable of outputting a first signal, and a second output electrode 121acapable of outputting a second signal different from the first signal. The piezoelectric vibration element 130 is connected electrically with the IC element 120. Since the bumps 122 are provided in any one of the first output electrode 121aor second output electrode 121a, selectively, any one of the first output electrode 121aor second output electrode 121ais connected electrically with the output external terminal 116a. |
