PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to deliver guide information carefully coping with an arbitrary place and an arbitrary moving route.SOLUTION: A guide information delivery method includes: user position acquisition means for acquiring positional information of a guide registrant and positional information of a person to be guided; guide acquisition means for generating a set of guide information for delivering from the guide registrant to the person to be guided and corresponding positional information of the guide registrant, as a guide information record; guide information storage means for storing the guide information record; and guide delivery means for collating the positional information of the person to be guided with positional information included in the guided information record, generating guide delivery information by using the guide information included in the guide information record including positional information in which the collation result satisfies a delivery condition, and delivering the guide delivery information.
