PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a synchronization shift with respect to a phase of an AC power supply at the time of return from power failure.SOLUTION: A power supply regeneration device according to an embodiment comprises: a voltage detection part; a signal processing part; a phase detection part; and a power conversion part. The voltage detection part detects AC voltage supplied from an AC power supply and outputs an AC detection signal corresponding to the AC voltage. When the output of the AC detection signal from the voltage detection part is stopped because of power failure, the signal processing part generates an AC signal whose frequency is equal to that of the AC detection signal immediately before the stop and whose phase is continuous, through self-excitation oscillation. At the time of return from the power failure, the phase detection part detects a phase of the AC power supply based on the AC signal outputted from the signal processing part. The power conversion part is capable of performing regeneration to an AC power supply side by converting DC power into AC power. |
