PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of improving sleep efficiency and working efficiency.SOLUTION: A lighting device has: a first lighting mode in which illumination light having an illumination color in a first region S1 surrounded by an iso-temperature line W1 and an isanomalous line V1 passing through a point A (0.555, 0.394) on an xy chromaticity diagram, and an iso-temperature line W2 and an isanomalous line V2 passing through a point B (0.419, 0.343) is emitted by light emission of an LED element 6; and a second lighting mode in which illumination light having an illumination color in a second region S2 surrounded by the iso-temperature line W2 and the isanomalous line V2 passing through the point B, the isanomalous line V1 passing through a point C (0.418, 0.390), an iso-temperature line W3 passing through a point D (0.397, 0.370), and a straight line connecting the point C and the point D is emitted by the light emission of the LED element 6. An operation unit 52 is provided which is capable of selecting the first lighting mode and the second lighting mode. |
