PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever type connector in which cost reduction by decreasing the number of components, and weight reduction in the use state can be achieved.SOLUTION: A fitting operation lever 30 includes a pair of lever bodies 31, 31, a shaft fitting hole 32 formed in the inner surface 31a of the pair of lever bodies 31, 31 facing each other, and fitting rotatably to the lever support shaft 11 of a first connector housing 10, and a cam groove 34 formed to open to the edge of the lever body 31 on the second connector housing 20 side, and making an action receiving shaft 23 act a moving force in the fitting direction as the lever body 31 rotates when the fitting operation lever 30 is operated to rotate by aligning the connector housing 10, 20 with the fitting start position. Upon finishing fitting connection of the connector housing 10, 20, the pair of lever bodies 31, 31 move to the maximum separation positions and are disengaged from the lever support shaft 11 and the action receiving shaft 23. Consequently, the fitting operation lever 30 is disengaged from the connector housing 10, 20. |
