AIR QUENCHING APPARATUS FOR SPINNING OF LYOCELL FIBERS, AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF LYOCELL FIBERS BY USING THE SAME

An air quenching apparatus for spinning of lyocell fibers and a manufacturing method of lyocell fibers by using the same are provided to perform the uniform cooling at the air gap period. A spinneret(32) with a doughnut shape spins the spinning solution as a fiber shape. A blowing apparatus(34) cools the non-solidified fiber(33) jetted from the spinneret. Plural blowing holes with above two stages are formed at the blowing apparatus so that the cooling air supplied toward the center is blown radially. The initial blowing hole formed nearest to the spinneret is formed in parallel to the lower end surface of the spinneret and the angle of the blowing holes is increased gradually toward the upper direction of the spinneret.
