PURPOSE: A diamond particles arrangement device and an arrangement method thereof are provided to precisely and uniformly arrange and inject diamond particles without separate coating process when a diamond tool is manufactured. CONSTITUTION: A diamond particles arrangement device (300) includes diamond particles supplying device (100), a diamond arrangement injecting device (200), a diamond particles injector (210), and a transferring unit. The diamond particles supplying device includes a raw material box (110) in which a diamond particles (101) are stored. The diamond particles, which are stored in the diamond row material box, are picked up and transferred to a mold, which is filled with metal powder, after the absorption and vacuum of the diamond particles by using vacuum force. The diamond arrangement injecting device forcibly injects the diamond particles by using an ejector pin, and arranges and injects the diamond particles on the upper surface of metal powder. The diamond arrangement injecting device has a space portion (212) in which vacuum force is provided from an external vacuum generation means. The diamond particles injector forcibly ejects the diamond particles, which are absorbed in a vacuum absorption hole, by the ejector pin. The transferring unit transfers the diamond particles injector to a mold that is filled with metal powder. |
