PURPOSE: An insulation structure for a LNG cargo hold is provided to prevent cracks from being generated on an adhesive due to thermal stress while loading or unloading LNG. CONSTITUTION: An insulation structure for a LNG cargo hold comprises multiple first insulation panels(120), barrier plates(130), a barrier plate connecting member(140), a connection panel(150), and an adhesive(160), and a protecting film. One side of the first insulation panels is attached to the inner wall of a LNG cargo hold. The barrier plates are attached on the other side of the first insulation panels. The barrier plate connecting member is attached on the end of the barrier plates to maintain airtightness between adjacent barrier plates. The connection panel is coupled on the barrier plate connecting member. The adhesive is interposed between the barrier plate connecting member and the connection panel. The protecting film is interposed between the barrier plate connecting member and the adhesive. |
