PURPOSE: A hot-water measuring device with consideration for a temperature difference and a measuring method are provided to accurately measure the amount of hot-water with consideration for a heat loss generated by a location difference of households and usage time and to charge. CONSTITUTION: A hot-water measuring device with consideration for a temperature difference comprises a hot-water supply unit(100), a hot-water measuring unit(200) per each household, and a central measuring unit(300). The hot-water supply unit supplies hot water to each household and measures the temperature of water supplied from outside. The hot-water measuring unit per each household measures a flow rate and the temperature of the hot water supplied by the hot-water supply unit in each household. The central measuring unit calculates the amount of the heat of the hot-water utilized by each household. |
