PURPOSE: A filtration system having continuous cleaning function for first rain has excellent economical efficiency due to minimized installation area and high cleaning efficiency owing to cleanly washed float member. CONSTITUTION: A filtration system having continuous cleaning function for first rain is a filtering system for managing contaminant in first rain with the use of a float member (110) on the water surface of a process bath (100) by the up-flow method. The filtration system comprises a distribution unit (10) homogeneously dispersing the float member on the water surface of the process bath and a washing device (20) sucking and suspending floating contaminants by washing the float member dispersed before by high pressure sprinkling or stirring. The pocket housing (12) has the float member injected in the form of units and screens (14) on the top and the bottom of the pocket housing.
