PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stay-on-tab can lid formed by attaching a tab by a rivet provided on the central portion of a central panel portion, while forming a large spout opening and preventing blowup.SOLUTION: The area of the spout 8 of a can lid 1 is set to 15 to 20% of the area of the can lid attached to a can body. A length L from the center 6z of a rivet to the leading end of the spout 8 in a Y axial direction is set to 18 to 19.4 mm, and the maximum width W of the spout 8 in an X axial direction is set to 30 to 32.1 mm. One end 14a of both ends of a slit hole 14 provided on the periphery of a portion 7c where the rivet 6 is attached to a tab 7, is disposed to project toward the leading end side of an opening piece 9 beyond the other end 14b. A coining portion 15 is continuously formed on the peripheral edge of a central panel portion 2 along the peripheral edge except a portion 2z near the leading end of the opening piece 9 on the peripheral edge. A weakening cutting line 18 is engraved between the portion of a main cutting line 11, on the leading end side of the opening piece 9, and the peripheral edge of the central panel portion 2. |
