PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new dendrite-like copper powder whose conductivity is further excellent by further developing branches extending from a main shaft to grow dendrite more than in the conventional one.SOLUTION: The present invention suggests dendrite-like copper powder mainly containing copper powder particles, which represents the dendrite shape to be constituted by extension of a plurality of branches from one shaft when copper powder particles are observed by using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), of which the thickness (a) of the shaft is 0.3-5.0 μm, the length b of the longest branch among the branches extended from one shaft is 0.6-10.0 μm. |
