PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a polystyrene-based resin extruded foam, which prevents the occurrence of small foams and can enlarge foams when a blowing agent containing a hydrocarbon and water is used as a blowing agent and a bromine-based flame retardant is used as a flame retardant.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a polystyrene-based resin extruded foam by melting and kneading a polystyrene-based resin with a physical blowing agent containing a 3-5C hydrocarbon and water and a bromine-based flame retardant to give an expandable polystyrene-based resin composition and extruding the resin composition to produce an extruded foam, the expandable polystyrene-based resin composition is mixed with a specific amount of an aliphatic polyester-based resin. |
