PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a touch panel sensor where a first electrode part and a second electrode part are positioned to each other with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a touch panel sensor comprises the steps of: plate-making first and second photosensitive layers 56a and 56b laminated on both sides of a laminated body 50 comprising a base material film 32, first and second conductive layers 52a and 52b laminated on both sides of the base material film, and a light shielding layer 54 laminated on the conductive layers 52a and 52b; and thereafter etching and patterning the light shielding layer 54 and the conductive layers 52a and 52b. When plate-making, the first and second photosensitive layers 56a and 56b are simultaneously exposed.
