PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel loader excellent in operability for improving its working efficiency.SOLUTION: The wheel loader comprises: holding means for holding an arm operation lever at a predetermined operation position on an arm raising operation side; an arm angle sensor 56; a stroke amount detecting device 58 for detecting the most backward tilting condition of a bucket; forward/reverse travel mode setting means for selectively setting a forward/reverse travel/neutral mode based on an instruction from a forward/reverse travel changeover lever 195; and arm stopping control means for interrupting the supply of pressure oil to an arm cylinder 114 when an arm turning angle is a set value showing the drilling finish height of an arm in the case that the arm operation lever is held at the predetermined operation position by the holding means. The forward/reverse travel mode setting means sets the reverse travel mode in spite of the instruction from the forward/reverse travel changeover lever 195 when the set value showing the drilling finish height of the arm is detected by the arm angle sensor 56 and the most backward tilting condition of the bucket is detected by the stroke amount detecting device 58. |
