PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow rate valve for reducing costs by simplifying the internal constitution of a conventional constant flow rate valve, and for achieving versatility to be suitable for its use for the other field with the demand of the accurate control of fluid supply.SOLUTION: The constant flow rate valve includes: a main body 11 having an inflow side chamber 21, an outflow side chamber 22 and a valve seat part 23; a control mechanism body 30 for internally controlling the circulating flow rate of fluid to be controlled; and an energization member 31. The control mechanism body includes: a valve body block 40 having a conduction part 42 and a valve body pressure receiving part 43 for receiving a fluid pressure P1 at the inflow part side, which moves forward and backward by sliding on an internal wall 24 of the inflow side chamber; and a pressure receiving block 50 having an orifice 52, a first pressure receiving part 53 for receiving the fluid pressure P1 at the inflow part side and a second pressure receiving part 54 for receiving a fluid pressure P2 at the outflow part side, which moves forward and backward, therein the total of a pressure reception area Sa of the valve body pressure receiving part which receives the fluid pressure P1 and a pressure reception area Sb of the first pressure receiving part of the pressure receiving block is made equal to a pressure reception area Sc of the second pressure receiving part of the pressure receiving block which receives the fluid pressure P2. |
