A device for mounting an airbag module of a passenger seat is provided to cut down time and a cost by improving operability thereof by jointing a bolt easily by preventing the airbag module of the passenger seat which is mounted temporarily, from being drooped by load of the airbag module and a mounting bracket when mounting the airbag module at a cowl cross member by the mounting bracket. A device for mounting an airbag module of a passenger seat comprises a passenger seat airbag module, a mounting bracket(120), an engaging member(140), and a flange unit(126). One side of the mounting bracket is combined with the passenger seat airbag module. The engaging member is connected with the other side of the mounting bracket and positioned at an outer peripheral surface of a cowl cross member. The flange unit is positioned at an upper end of the engaging member to prevent the mounting bracket from being released optionally when assembling the mounting bracket by the engaging member. The flange unit is formed by cutting the mounting bracket in a shape of an angular 'C' and bending the mounting bracket inward. |
