PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision discriminating device capable of exactly estimating a deformation amount with time of an objective portion.SOLUTION: A collision form discriminating means 40 discriminates a collision form of a vehicle 1, and a deformation amount estimating means 50 estimates a deformation amount with time associated with the collision of a toe board of the vehicle based on a discrimination result by the collision form discriminating means 40 and a collision speed of the vehicle 1 calculated from the detection result of an acceleration sensor 20.
