The invention relates to a method for the extraction of by-products of bagasse of blue agave tequilana weber, which, using conventional machinery but applying a methodological order carried out in at least four steps, can be used to recycle the pressed residues of the bagasse of blue agave tequilana weber, thereby obtaining reusable by-products without producing any environmentally polluting by-products.
