摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement calibration in an optical tomographic imaging device easily and with high reproducibility.SOLUTION: A calibration jig 1 comprises a holding member 2 and a single reflection plane 3a. The holding member 2 can be mounted removably to a mounting part 101 of an optical tomographic imaging device 100. The single reflection plane 3a is held by the holding member 2 and disposed within a region X for a coherent length of laser light L around a position Z of a reflection plane of measuring light L1 where an optical path length from splitting the laser light L to multiplexing the laser light becomes equal for reference light L2 and the measuring light L1.
