<p>The arrangement has a receiving module (20) formed with multiple partial apertures (22a1, 22a2) for receiving an insert element (31). A mounting element (30) is assigned with a trim of the motor car for an assembly of the heat exchanger. The receiving module comprises a receiving opening with the partial apertures. A boundary wall of receiving opening is limited inwardly by retainer cavities. An additive insert part (10) is formed for properly matching insertion into the partial apertures of the receiving module.</p>
