The system has a cable for directly dosing pesticides in original form of liquid, powder or granulates during treatment. Phytomedical active ingredients are embedded or bonded in a water soluble solid substance. A substance forming a cable core (3) is covered by a water soluble material. A structure of the cable is reinforced for producing a surface structure suitable for sealing. A cladding (1) of the cable is provided with a magnetic identifier (2) on an entire length for monitoring and controlling advancing of the cable.
