PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic material composition capable of coating on a substrate with excellent coatability without needing incidental facilities for disaster prevention.SOLUTION: There are provided a nanomaterial composition containing a fluorinated alcohol of 1-99.999 wt.% and a nanomaterial of 0.001 wt.%, and a method for forming a nanomaterial-containing layer including a process of applying the nanomaterial composition to a substrate. There are also provided both laminated structure and organic electron device obtained by using the above forming method.
