PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fuel consumption, and to reduce work by an operator.SOLUTION: An engine control device 1 includes an engine 21, a hydraulic pump 22 driven by the engine 21, a hydraulic motor 26 for supplying a hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump 22, a winch 27 which is driven by the hydraulic motor 26 and on which one end side of a rope 15 is wound, and a clutch 28 for connecting and separating the hydraulic motor 26 and the winch 27. The engine control device 1 regulates a rotating speed of the engine 21 in a low speed rotating speed (S15) when detecting the fact of performing free fall operation for lowering a suspending attachment 16 by putting the clutch 28 in a separate state (YES in S12). |
