<p>An unlocking method for unlocking an electronic device having a touch screen is disclosed in the present invention. The method comprises the following steps: presetting an unlocking information database; detecting whether an unlocking button is pressed, extracting and displaying an unlocking question from the unlocking information database when the button is pressed; obtaining the unlocking answer corresponding to the unlocking question entered by a user in the unlocking interface, determining whether the unlocking answer is correct, when the answer is correct, determining unlocking success and unlocking the electronic device. Also disclosed is an unlocking apparatus for an electronic device having a touch screen. By displaying the unlocking question in the unlocking interface, the unlocking method provided in the present invention enables the user to enter the unlocking answer corresponding to the unlocking question in the unlocking interface, thus the electronic device can not be unlocked easily if the unlocking answer corresponding to the unlocking question set by the user is unknown, and the use security of the electronic device is improved.</p> |
