PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric car access alarm system for preventing a collision accident which is frequently caused in a cart for a golf course or the like, whereas an electric car has a potential danger of colliding with a person due to calmness. SOLUTION: The collision alarm system comprises a combination of an electric car C provided with an energy radiating means R radiating energy E in a traveling direction and a collision alarm device provided with a receiving sensor D of radiated energy and a means A outputting an access alarm for the electric car C with receipt as a trigger.
