PURPOSE: A plate type heat exchanger is provided to improve corrosion resistance and have higher heat transfer rate than a plate type heat exchanger made of stainless steel. CONSTITUTION: A plate type heat exchanger includes a first heating plate (100a), a second heating plate, and a vacuum brazing unit. The first heating plate has round corners and a rectangular shape. A first end protrusion with a regular height surrounds the first heating plate. The plate type heat exchanger includes the first heating plate and the second heating plate. One and more first and second heating plates are layered by turns and are vacuum-brazed. The tensile strength Rm (length) of the first and second heating plates is more than 145 Mpa after the plates are vacuum-brazed. |
