The joist lamp has profiled element (2) on which light source (3) is arranged for emitting light around a main radiation pattern. The profiled element is not mechanically connected with a mounting rail (1) or is electrically interconnected to conductor if turning tap element is in mounting position or in contact position. The turning tap element has actuating element (41) for changing between mounting position and contact position, which projects with reference to main radiation pattern side. A locking device secures turning tap element in contact position.
