PURPOSE: A jig device to cut edges of an angle member is provided to rapidly set the angle member for a cutting process when the edge of the angle member is cut using a press cutter. CONSTITUTION: A jig device to cut edges of an angle member (10) comprises a table (20), a guide plate (30), a stopper (40), and an angle support block (50). The table includes a cutting area (21) in which a cutter (25) descends. The guide plate is made of a plate having an isosceles triangle shape. The guide plate is installed that both sides of equilateral inclined surface units (31,32) cover an upper surface of the table. The stopper is installed on the guide plate and is protruded to the equilateral inclined surface unit. The stopper controls the length where the angle member enters into a cutting area. The angle support block is installed in an upper surface of the guide plate. The angle support block includes a latching protrusion (51) covering the upper end of the angle member in a state where the angle member faces a backside of the equilateral inclined surface unit. |
