The present invention discloses a sleep method, including: when determining to select sleep of a mobile terminal device, recording, by the mobile terminal device, service state information related to data connection; according to the recorded service state information related to the data connection, turning off a service that is related to the data connection and is in a turn-on state; and controlling a processor to enter a sleep mode, thereby saving the power consumption of the mobile terminal device more than that in the prior art. |
