<p>The invention relates to a method for recycling plaster waste (1), including in particular waste from cardboard plasterboard, with or without an insulating complex, combined with other waste such as metals, wood, ceramics, electric sheaths and cables, etc. The method comprises a plurality of releasing steps, during which the waste is progressively broken down in order to separate the plaster (102) from the cardboard sheets (101) and other materials adhering to the plaster, and a plurality of separation steps in which the separated components are separated from each other by screens, the particles sizes of which become progressively finer, wherein the releasing steps comprise two grinding steps, the first grinding step subjecting the waste to a simultaneous controlled crushing and bending process by passing the waste through a toothed-roll mill (13), and wherein the spacing between the two rolls is predetermined such that the waste from said grinding step are flattened elements having a predetermined thickness so as to pass between the rolls of a second roll mill (15) during the second grinding step.</p> |
