PURPOSE: A conductive reflection film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain high conductivity and high reflexibility by performing plasticity to a nano-particle sinter film after coating the film. CONSTITUTION: Sunlight is emitted from a board. The sunlight is reflected in a conductive reflection film (14). The most of the sunlight is returned to a photoelectric transformation layer (12). The conductive reflection film is formed on a transparent conductive film (13) of a thin film solar cell. The conductive reflection film is formed on the photoelectric transformation layer.
