PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to prevent a gap generated between the protective layer and the conductive layer of the touch panel by the gel-type light transmission layer. CONSTITUTION: The touch panel(10) includes the first conductor layer, the protective layer, and the light transmission layer. The first conductor layer(40) for applying voltage is formed. The protective layer(60) is formed in upper part of the first conductor layer. The light transmission layer of the gel form is formed between the first conductor layer and the protective layer and has the silicone fluid including polyorganosiloxane containing vinyl group and polysiloxane containing the hydrogen.
