The fixed blade is attached to the tubular stem 7 by U-shaped member 19. A handgrip 9 is provided and also a U-shaped " arm-steady " fitting 10. The blade 13 is reciprocated by a bell-crank lever 18, pivoted at 22, through the connecting rod 14 and crank 15 driven by a handle 17. |
