A method for telecommunication network control provides at the initial stage of operation: analyses of parameters and structure of a telecommunication network, then a two-tier reference model of an autonomous segment is created, whose first tier is responsible for each segment of the telecommunication network individually and relates to specific equipment (routers, commutators etc.), the second (non depending on the network) tier of which is responsible for general state of the autonomous segment, allows to separate problems for control of equipment reliability from analyses and control of telecommunication network topology, and storage are performed during current functioning, identification of parameters and network state and forecast for state of each autonomous segment is made, data obtained basing on forecast is entered to the reference model for current correction (self-turning), while statistics collecting the differences between the reference model and real object is considered, information about differences is entered with a delay, further information processing is made using “optimal administrator” concept. The optimal decision is found on the base of a functional “general work” with additive square functions of expenditures on control and discrete time. |
