FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: working tool of mine rope excavator comprises shovel boom, handle fitted thereat in saddle bearing, bucket consisting of sidewalls, toothed front wall, wear wall and bottom with bar equipped with braking mechanism and bucket bottom opening mechanism including pulley fitted at saddle bearing, pull-off pulley, air cylinder and rope connected with bucket opening lever. Bucket bottom opening mechanism comprises additionally two guide pulleys one being fitted at saddle bearing while another one is arranged at the handle. Air cylinder is arranged at saddle bearing and connected with pull-off pulley. The distance between guide pulleys at saddle bearing exceeds the pull-off pulley diameter. The rope connected with bucket bottom opening lever is reeved between pull-off and guide pulleys of saddle bearing.EFFECT: longer life reduced dynamic loads.2 dwg |
