FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: in a flexible electroacoustic transducer, having two circular piezoceramic plates with conductors electrically connected to said plates, rigidly connected to corresponding metal plates having through-grooves for outlet of conductors filled with an adhesive, and an annular support, the surfaces of the piezoceramic plates adjoining the metal plates are connected by one conductor; the through-grooves for outlet of conductors are in form of open grooves; the annular support is made as a separate component and is provided with end annular depressions in which the metal plates are mounted using an adhesive, wherein the inner diameter of the annular support is greater than the diameter of the piezoceramic plates. At the first step, surfaces of the piezoelectric plates are electrically connected by one conductor. An adhesive is applied on the surfaces to be glued. One of the plates is pulled through the inner opening of the annular support. The metal plates are mounted in the annular depressions of the annular support, wherein the conductor which connects the piezoceramic plates is inserted into the open grooves of the metal plates and the piezoceramic plates are glued with the metal plates.EFFECT: simple design and high reliability.2 cl, 5 dwg |
