Controlled energy source selectively changes analyte (sample cells) for determination whether this analyte belongs to desired subpopulation, focusing of secondary radiation from the cell with objective lens, determination of focused secondary radiation from the individual cells, determination of cells of interest, cells isolation. The invention also relates to the method and system for differential sorting of cells. |
