PURPOSE: An artificial feathers nonwoven fabric is provided to improve an insulation effect according to securing of enough air layer by forming a nonwoven fabric using artificial feathers but not nature feathers. CONSTITUTION: An artificial feathers nonwoven fabric comprises an articulated body part of a cylinder tube shape, a string-shape connection joint part connecting multiple body parts to one by passing through, an artificial feathers(10) which is comprised of a fixing unit for fixing both ends of a connection joint part, and a nonwoven fabric(20) laminated to a sandwich structure with placing an artificial feathers in an interval. A manufacturing method of an artificial feathers nonwoven fabric comprises a step of manufacturing a nonwoven fabric pouch with one side open by sewing along the edge to be a pouch shape after laminating a sheet-type nonwoven fabric of a sheet-type nonwoven fabric, a step of infusing feathers which is formed by connecting multiple articulated body parts of a cylinder tube shape with a string-shape connection joint part into an inside of a nonwoven fabric pouch, and a step of sewing one open side of a nonwoven fabric which is filled with an artificial feathers along an edge. |
