PURPOSE: A device for matching the spot size of a laser beam with the spot size of an aiming beam in a medical laser treatment device is provided to synchronize the emission angle of a laser beam and an aiming beam. CONSTITUTION: A device for matching the spot size of a laser beam with the spot size of an aiming beam in a medical laser treatment device includes a synchronization lens set (500) which comprises one or more lenses to control the emission angle of an aiming beam emitted from an aiming laser diode (400). The synchronization lens set is installed in the front of the aiming laser diode. The emission angle is controlled to match the spot size of a laser beam with the spot size of an aiming beam on a radiation surface.
