The present invention describes nutraceutical food supplements, orally administered in tablets for modulating the response of the human body in inflammatory and healing processes. The administration of these supplements intends to satisfy the specific biological needs of the human body in the different stages of these processes. A first supplement includes various modulators of the immune system such as arginine, bromelain, glutamine, vitamin C, hesperidin and omega-3, the consumption thereof allowing the human body to strengthen its response to future inflammatory processes, which may result from a surgery, a trauma or an injury. The second supplement includes quercetin, Lcysteine, bromelain and ornithine. The consumption of the aforesaid supplement allows the healing process of a wound or a lesion to be reinforced as well as the accumulation of collagen in the bed of said wound or lesion. The third supplement includes flavonoids and essential amino acids that strengthen the ability of the human body to deposit and accumulate collagen in the bed of a wound for being repaired.
