FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiology and medicine, namely to rehabilitation treatment. Indices of variation pulsometry are estimated: mode amplitude (AMo), variation range (VR), index of regulation system stress (SI), and indices of spectral heart rhythm analysis: total wave power (TW), power of low frequency waves (LF), power of very low frequency waves (VLF), normalised index power of high frequency waves (HFnorm), normalised index of power of low frequency waves (LFnorm), vagosympatic index (LF/HF). During the first visit of patient coefficient of predicting dynamics of life quality psychic component Cpr LQPC is calculated by original mathematical formula. If coefficient value is 4.34 and lower, it is not advisable to administer method of speleoclimatotherapy for correcting life quality psychic component. If coefficient value is from 4.35 to 19.82, unreliably positive dynamics of life quality psychic component is probable. If coefficient value is higher than 19.83, high efficiency of correcting life quality psychic component in case of speleoclimatotherapy administration is predicted.EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict efficiency of speleoclimatotherapy course in order to increase life quality psychic component individually.1 tbl, 2 ex |
