The present invention refers to a process for manufacturing and producing harmless synthetic, rotomolded, rebuilt Easter eggs and/or ornamental figures at artisanal and industrial level, which is based on the preparation of egg-flour paste of high purity with characteristics of hardness and fragmentation similar to those of real egg, which uses a rack system of balloon-type moulds for an efficient molding and unmolding operation including the specifications of the physical variables along the process as well as the pre-dry, paint and dry processes for subsequently finishing with the filling, sealing with tissue paper and packaging of the product.
