PURPOSE: A bracket and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the reduction degradation of partially reduced steels even though using unreduced ores in a FINEX process. CONSTITUTION: A bracket manufacturing method is as follows: a step for preparing a mixture composed of 1-30 wt.% of coal, 10 wt.% or less of moisture, and the rest of steel material; a step for manufacturing the mixture to pellets(65) in a pelletizer(50); a step for partially reducing the pellets by charging the pellets into a fluidized reduction furnaces(70,71,72,73); and a step for manufacturing the partially reduced pellets to a bracket(95).
