PURPOSE: A biosensor containing fusion proteins and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize expensive antibody loss and to enhance binding frequency with an antibody. CONSTITUTION: A fusion protein contains a peptide linker linked with proteins conjugated to a Fc region and gold-binding proteins. The peptide linker is linked to the N-terminal of the protein conjugated to the Fc region and is linked to the C-terminal gold-binding protein. The peptide linker is alanine(Ala), glycine(Gly), or a mixture thereof. The peptide linker contains 1-6 amino acids. The gold-binding protein has an amino acid of sequence number 3. The peptide linker has an amino acid of sequence number 4 or 5. A method for preparing the fusion protein comprises: a step of preparing an expression vector containing a polynucleotide encoding the fusion protein; a step of introducing the expression vector to host cells to prepare a transformant; and a step of culturing the transformant. A biosensor contains a gold-containing solid phase conjugated with the fusion protein. |
