PURPOSE: A rubber composition for tire tread is provided to improve heating-resistant performance with maintaining abrasion resistance performance, and to improve fuel efficiency due to low rolling resistance together with abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for tire tread comprises 45-75 parts by weight of natural rubber, and 25-55 parts by weight of neodymium butadiene rubber of which Mooney viscosity is 60 or less, weight average molecular weight is 7.0x10^5 - 9.0x10^5 g/mol, and molecular weight distribution is 3.2-3.5. the rubber composition additionally comprises 24-60 parts by weight of carbon black, and 15-95 parts by weight of silica based on 100.0 parts by weight of crude rubber. The iodine adsorption of the carbon black is 55-165 mg/g, nitrogen adsorption specific surface area is 105-157 m^2/g, the DBP adsorption is 105-155 cc/100g, and the tin value is 115-115. |
