a housing (3) including an inlet and an outlet;
a corrosion-inhibiting material (63) positioned within the housing downstream of the inlet, at least a portion of the corrosion-inhibiting material being released into a fluid stream flowing toward the outlet;
an impeller (67) supported for rotation within the housing; and
an oxidation removal means (69) movable in response to rotation of the impeller and engageable with the corrosion-inhibiting material to remove oxidation formed on the corrosion-inhibiting material. |
