PURPOSE: A vent plug of a tire vulcanizing mold is provided to prevent spews from being generated by efficiently discharging air in a tire vulcanizing mold. CONSTITUTION: A vent plug (4) of a tire vulcanizing mold has a blade protrusion (3). The blade protrusion forms a blade or a groove in an air penetration hole (2) of a vulcanizing mold (1). Multiple fine ventilation paths (5) are formed in the vent plug by processing metal using a sintering method. The ventilation paths form irregular air paths to discharge air from the vulcanizing mold to the air penetration hole. |
