PURPOSE: An output security system on the basis of contents for protecting personal information and for preventing information leakage in end point DLP system and a method thereof confirm an output request, and if text contents of the output is in pattern information, performs pre-set information protection function on the output request in real time, thereby blocking leakage of personal information by the output. CONSTITUTION: An agent receives policy information, information of a monitoring application, and pattern information of personal information from a security server (S210). When a monitoring application runs, an intercept module inserter inserts an output intercept module into the monitoring application (S220, S230). The output intercept module intercepts an output request of the monitoring application, and stores the contents of the output request (S250).
